This notice explains how SimpleMoving.co.uk handles information sent through the quote form.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, move details, postcodes, access notes, preferred date/time and any message you send.
We also keep a basic first-party traffic log showing how visitors reached the website, pages viewed, quote form steps, clicks and ad tracking parameters such as campaign or keyword where provided. We use hashed IP data rather than storing raw IP addresses in this log.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your quote request, plan the move, provide a price, prevent spam, understand which adverts and pages work, and keep a basic record of enquiries.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries and traffic logs are kept only as long as needed for customer service, booking records, advertising measurement and normal business administration. If you want your details removed, contact us at info@simplemoving.co.uk.
Who receives it
Your quote request is sent to SimpleMoving.co.uk and may be stored securely on our hosting account. We do not sell your details.
